Leadership Skills: Leading with Jesus with Special Guest, Jennifer Smith
Do you need to brush up on your leadership skills? From time to time, we all do. And, that’s exactly why we’re talking to author, Jennifer Smith about how to lead, not only like Jesus, but more importantly with Him.
Jennifer Smith is the author of “Leading with Jesus: Ministry Outside the Walls of a Church.”
She’s also wife to David and mom to two boys. A handful of employees call her “Momma,” too. She owns, along with David, a seasonal design import company and retail boutique store, David Christopher’s, located in Sheffield, Alabama. She specializes in social media marketing, human resources, and creating an atmosphere where employees love to work and customers love to shop, because they experience the presence of Jesus there.
OVERFLOW is where LEADERSHIP SHINES
Leadership is vitally important; we’re all leading in some way or another. And, as believers, have the opportunity to lead like Jesus and with Him too. As we invite Holy Spirit to lead with us, ministry happens wherever we go! Living out of the overflow is where ministry happens in our everyday lives. In fact, Jen says,
“Ministry is an overflow of who you are in Christ that bubbles up from inside and pours into the lives of those around you.”
Honestly, we’ve all been wondering what it looks like to to do “Ministry Outside the Walls of a Church” and Jennifer Holt Smith ‘s book is the perfect one to help us out! For a great read, grab your copy from DavidChristopher’s (Jen’s flower mart and retail store) today!!!!
